All orders are processed the next working day and are scheduled to be delivered within 4 working days. For both the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery services, 10 working days for free shipping option a signature will be required to be given to the relevant post-person at the delivery address.  We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated.  However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  

We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply.  You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods.  It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate

Please Note the following:

  • Items to be shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties/taxes and additional charges are the solely the customers responsibility.

  • Parcels sent outside of the UK may also be subject to customs inspections. Inspirations in Gold are not liable for any damage resulting from such inspections, including customs seizure of items

  • Inspirations in Gold cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods.

Damaged Goods:
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, this should be immediately reported to Royal Mail Customer Services on 0845 7740 740 and to ourselves by email:  Please keep all packaging materials for examination by the Royal Mail and remember to include your order number in any correspondence. These items will ordinarily be replaced free of charge.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason whatsoever, we will refund you in full, as part of our 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. If the item you received is in perfect condition, but you have simply had a “change of heart”, we will refund the value , but retain a post and packing fee.
This does not apply to items personalised, special orders or bespoke or that you have unsealed; items such as earrings and body jewellery that by reason of their nature cannot be returned . (Earrings & body jewellery are covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended in 1994.)

To cancel, return item(s) you must email us  within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) must be returned to us via Royal Mail, ( Via Special Delivery or  Recorded Signed for ).This cost should be met by yourself.

Please retain proof of postage, as should items be lost or damged in the return post, it will be your responsibility as the sender, to make a claim against the Royal Mail for compensation. We will not be able to refund you if we do not receive the goods.
